Buying movie tickets the disruptive way

Our customer Cinépolis, one of the biggest movie theater networks in the world, asked us to propose several versions of their brand-new app for the Android platform, as it was encountering some issues about the engagement of their end users.

The challenge at first was resolving some usability issues that were making the buying decision a bit complicated. Moreover, it was about making it even more attractive to make everybody, including existing and new users, feel secure so they could love to use the app from the beginning to the final stage of the buying process.
